Mini LCA Training:(We have done well over 50 Mini LCA classes and have hundreds of comments. Let us know if you would like to see more comments) "I Liked the course. EVERYONE needs to go through this course and then USE it." "I liked the way this approach helps to break down problems to the basics and focuses on correction NOT crucifixion." "I liked the idea of latency because it defines a person's attitude and why they did it, NOT BLAMING. You learn more about a problem from thoughts than pointing fingers." "I liked the training. 1 Day LCA Seminar (new class):"I Liked the introduction to the LCA thought process." (5) "I Liked how the LCA process makes "me" look and evaluate my own shortcomings or faults. It shows how we are all influencable and the decisions we make can, and do, effect those around us." (5) "I Liked highlighting how continuous small failures, and ignoring them, leads to majors. Points made about latency and culture were right on target. Presentation confirmed human nature if universal. I wish we would have gone deeper. Examples of how these are done in more detail" (5) "I Liked challenging thoughts. You could call this a leadership course. Case studies reveal the price of failed leadership.
