Who is PRCTL?​

PRCTL was started in 2007 as a pipeline regulatory compliance company that provided a wide range of compliance services.  Our vision was to provide our clients with the highest value in the industry. 

While we've stayed true to that vision, we have grown with industry and regulation to become a leading provider of regulatory compliance, data validation and pipeline services.

Since 2007, PRCTL has assisted companies and organizations of all types and sizes ranging from local refiners to major integrated oil and gas companies.  We serve our clients with a management team that has over 80 years of experience including but not limited to heavy equipment operation, trucking, project management, well site supervision, pipeline inspection and construction, root cause analysis, principal investigation and regulatory compliance management.
